📑 Terms & Conditions – America Auto Transport (SP Courier Corp)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by America Auto Transport, operated by SP Courier Corp (“we,” “our,” “us”), to customers (“you,” “your”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Services Provided

  • We provide nationwide vehicle transport services within the United States, with access to U.S. ports for international shipments (e.g., Dominican Republic, Cuba).

  • We transport all types of vehicles, including luxury cars, used cars, fleets, salvage, and damaged vehicles.

  • Delivery times are estimates (2–5 business days) and may vary due to distance, weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events.

 

2. Booking & Quotes

  • Quotes are based on the information you provide (vehicle type, condition, locations, dates).

  • Prices may change if details differ at the time of pickup.

  • All bookings must be confirmed via phone, SMS, or email.

 

3. Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods: Zelle, PayPal, CashApp.

  • Credit cards are not accepted due to cancellation risks.

  • Payment must be completed before or at vehicle delivery unless otherwise agreed.

 

4. Insurance & Liability

  • All shipments are covered by insurance (Certificate of Insurance – COI available upon request).

  • Our insurance covers damages caused during transport only.

  • Pre-existing damages will be documented at pickup through inspection apps (Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch).

  • We are not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

 

5. Pickup & Delivery

  • The customer must ensure that the vehicle is ready for pickup at the agreed time and location.

  • If the vehicle is inoperable, additional equipment fees may apply.

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided, unless access is restricted (in which case delivery will occur at the nearest safe location).

 

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing (email or SMS).

  • If canceled before pickup, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • If canceled after pickup, no refund will be provided.

 

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the vehicle and transport details.

  • Ensure the vehicle has no personal items or hazardous materials.

  • Be available (or have an authorized representative available) at pickup and delivery.

 

8. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the value of the insurance coverage in effect at the time of transport.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
